No ! i have the "options" button when launch a local server with 0.6V version !

but the button doesn't appear on our hosted Servers also in 0.6V

Yes! it works when i launch a server from my local, but "options" button does not appear on our servers hosted ...
(see my picture)
so admins cannot reach the screen you shown in your message
and at day race, before the start, admins launch command in blind conditions .. without any way to control if settings are correct

what is wrong we done ? Confused

my request about improvements seems very simple to set and very usefull for race organizer and drivers :

- INGAME (at menu screen) a way to know the server's setup list :

for example :
Start = fixed
Midrace = no
Canreset = no
Mustpit = no
Showfuel = no

and also a message (in tchat letf corner as [msg])when these settings are change in real time (when prepare the server at day race)by the race director (admins)
actually, there is absolutely no information (except laps) to control if the server setup was correctly changed after typing the commands ..

What do you think about it @Victor or @Scawen ?

one file go with "edit engine" (right top)
the second file is loading via "transmission/audio" (left top)

the idea is cool, but ... i dld a subobject "rollcage" and it came a full unused cutouts and maps and other stuff from MRT ... Big Eye

or .. i totally transform it ! adding lights, erase elements, like others have done on other mods

sure ! i will not make any profit of it
ans LFS too, no mods will be for sale i suppose.

but in doubt, do you think it's better to give up this project.
i do not want to spend so many times if LFS reviewers/publishers reject it ! Looking

i met difficulties to add rollcage as subobject, the ref point is ok, but rollcage does not appear on screen

hello,
i make also a parallele project with the 1930' racing car (wich help me to understand 3d tips, the models helps each other ^^)

a US muscle car that i named : MercuR Muscle Cat 70'
the model is based on Mercury Cougar 1970 by SamiArt3D (https://www.cgtrader.com/free- ... poly-muscle-cougar-xr1970

it cames without interior and challenge me in build it enterely with the editor

the model after 4 work of days :

slowly cause i must learn absolutely all
i just understand how works maps and cutouts, and the model is on the way

(well i see the chrome defaut mapping on the frame and it will be fixed Wink

Racing trucks will give fresh air to LFS !



it offers a different feeling to tracks' turns due to the higher driving position !

Thank you ELDemon, i saw this post but incomplete (for me)
2 buttons in the rim editor :
[new point] (create a 0:0 point)
or [Dup point] ...
the 2 functions generate an unlinked point

i just found it by chance :
in point mode : create points (max 14 at all)
in surface mode : link points .... bit doesn't succeed ...

so i am blocked for the rim

what about in build mode for the body , is it possible to add point in a mesh ?

hello Modellers !

i work on the 1930' Racing Car

and i have 2 build questions :

- how to add points in the rim windows to design a big drum ?
if i "duplicate point", it add an unlinked point ..

- pratically same question for adding point to the mesh (body): is it possible to add points to a mesh ? to "sculpt" by pulling them with "dragpoint"

Sure there is an active community
we organise Cups and events twice a months in 5 rounds !
we also launch Enduros regularly

and yes, we are in your case, we ran LFS 15 years ago and refind it
we now have a family, a job and we do not spend hours to train, so all levels were accepted in our Races. the only word is : FAIRPLAY

of course, servers are not plenty of drivers but at the day race, the competitors are here !
